Traffic Alert: 2 separate crashes on I-295 causing major backups on Dames Point Bridge, Arlington area

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Crews were on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash in Duval County on I-295 North, at the Dames Point Bridge.

As of 3:30 p.m., the left lane was blocked, causing significant backups.

Drivers are urged to move over or slow down.

Separately, crews were on the scene of another crash on I-295 South at the ramp from Monument Boulevard.

As of 3:30 p.m., the on ramp was closed and the right lane was blocked.
