JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Victor Chrispin, a former CEO of a dance company in Jacksonville, is now facing a sexual battery charge related to an alleged inappropriate relationship with a teen, according to court records.
Chrispin, 31, was first charged on New Year’s Eve with being an authority figure who “solicits or engages in romantic relations with a student,” but court filings show that the charge has now been upgraded to a sexual battery charge, according to court filings.
He previously served as the CEO of the Yohannas Performing Arts Company, an organization with which Kids Hope Alliance has partnered for at least the last three years, but was arrested on New Year’s Eve 2025 following accusations of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student for months.
Earlier this year, he was removed from his position as director and CEO of the company, according to a spokesperson for the City of Jacksonville.

Duval County Schools also confirmed Chrispin was employed by the school district from 2017 to 2019 at Bridge to Success Academy. He resigned in 2019.
Additionally, Chrispin served as a part of the Bethel Church’s worship and arts ministry, the church said.
According to arrest reports, on Dec. 9, 2025, JSO was dispatched to a teen boy’s home. Police identified that teen as the victim.
Earlier that day, the report states, the teen saw Chrispin walking a dog near the teen’s apartment complex. The two began talking and went into Chrispin’s car “for privacy,” the report says.
Someone found the teen in Chrispin’s car and filed a police report, the arrest report says. After an investigation, authorities found probable cause that Chrispin had been having an inappropriate relationship with the teen for months.
Chrispin pleaded not guilty during an arraignment on Feb. 24.
The first pretrial hearing in that case is scheduled for March 17.
Chrispin also faces a separate charge of “authority figure solicits or engages in lewd conduct with a student.”
The arraignment date for that charge is March 10, the court docket shows.
