More than 23,000 JEA customers without power as thunderstorms push through Northeast Florida

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – More than 23,000 JEA customers were without power on Tuesday afternoon as thunderstorms rolled through the area.

According to the utility’s outage map, most of the outages are concentrated on the Westside, with about a thousand outages reported near Riverside.
