Traffic Alert: Crews on the scene of deadly crash on Roosevelt Blvd. and Timuquana Road

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Emergency crews were on the scene of a deadly crash on Roosevelt Blvd. and Timuquana Road Wednesday evening.

As of 7:45 p.m., the right southbound lane of Roosevelt Blvd. was blocked.

Video from the scene showed a badly damaged vehicle next to an Amtrak train surrounded by police tape.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area or seek an alternate route.
