21st Annual Armed Forces Tribridge 10K Challenge & Veterans 5K
The Armed Forces Veterans Run Foundation was established this year to protect and provide support for the Armed Forces Tribridge 10K challenge and Veterans 5K road race. What was started over 21 years ago by some retired Marines, continues today as one of the most popular road races in the region honoring and supporting the active duty military and veteran community of NE Florida. The Army will be bringing back a Blackhawk helicopter, the Marines will be bringing back their Amphibious Assault vehicles and many other military assets will be on display at the race expo. This great race tradition, being held two days before Veterans Day on 9 November, starting and ending at the USS Orleck Naval Museum, has donated over $1 Million dollars to our military and veteran community of NE Florida.
