Johnny Jumper leaps to freedom, landing at EPIC outreach
EPIC Outreach is a farm animal rescue and sanctuary dedicated to inspiring compassion through animal rescue and education. Founded by Jessie Miller, the organization currently cares for over 70 animals including pigs, horses, donkeys, chickens, bunnies, and dogs.
Their mission is to create a kinder world for people, animals, and the environment by:
Rescuing abandoned and neglected farm animals
Providing a sanctuary for rescued animals
Conducting humane education programs in schools and communities
Publishing children’s books that teach compassion and animal welfare
The farm sits on seven acres of land and hosts educational events like their annual Fall-O-Ween celebration. EPIC (which stands for Educating People, Inspiring Compassion) focuses on bridging connections between humans and animals through storytelling, volunteer opportunities, and direct animal care.
