Jacksonville – Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation achieved a major milestone, awarding more than $100 million in lifesaving equipment and resources to first responders across North America just in time to celebrate their 20th anniversary. To commemorate, the Foundation is partnering with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) to continue to educate individuals on public safety and keep communities safe.
Founded in 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the Foundation was born from a desire to do more for those who protect and serve our local communities. What started as a local effort has grown into a national movement, as the Foundation continues to champion public safety throughout the country. This segment highlights how lives and communities have been positively impacted by Foundation grants. To learn more or support the Foundation’s mission, visit www.FirehouseSubsFoundation.org
