Jacksonville police said the body of the woman -- 25-year-old Aisha Levy -- was found inside an apartment at Green Tree Place on the Southside. Paul DixonPaul Dixon, a convicted murderer, is charged in the death of his cellmate in the Duval County jail. Now that Fishburne, Dixon and Westfall have been indicted for first-degree murder, the State Attorney’s Office has 45 days to decide whether to seek the death penalty.

Markas Dane Fishburne, 25, of Indiana, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder, evidence tampering and firearm possession charges in the death of 25-year-old Aisha Levy. Levy was found dead Dec. 20 inside an apartment at Green Tree Place on Jacksonville’s Southside. Her body had been wrapped up and stashed inside a plastic bin located inside a closet. Once police obtained a warrant to search the apartment, they discovered Levy’s body.

Kent Fishburne, who identified himself as Fishburne’s father, told News4Jax that involved him. Inside the apartment, investigators found a young woman who they said they believe had been killed during a struggle. The Sheriff’s Office said the young woman was believed to be the girlfriend of the man who first discovered the scene. A lot of it just don’t make sense to me," Kent Fishburne said.
