Deputies and a good Samaritan helped rescue a boater who fell overboard Tuesday afternoon and spent nearly an hour in cold waters hanging onto an anchor.

A young man who was lost at sea for about 30 hours in early August was reunited Thursday with the crews who helped rescue him.
