Dense fog early, then rain chances tonight

Dense Fog advisory issued through 10 AM Saturday.

Visibilities this morning are down to a mile or less due to the dense fog region wide. The fog lingers through the late morning and into the early afternoon for coastal areas.

The rest of today marks the warmest day of the week so far where temperatures across our area will reach the low to mid 80s, making us the warmest spot in the lower 48!

Partly sunny skies with winds from the south between 10-15 MPH with gusts up to 25 MPH.

Tonight: Showers and thunderstorms will arrive as early as 9 PM tonight then a secondary wave early Sunday morning.

Sunday: Lows in the upper 50s to low 60s region wide with early morning showers.

Shower activity diminishes by lunch time then a cool down with highs in the upper 60s, with a shift in winds from the NW between 15-20 MPH with gusts as high as 25 MPH.

Rest of the week: Florida like weather returns this upcoming week with mostly sunny skies and temperatures near normal - Low to mid 60s, with overnight lows in the 40s.
