Charges Dropped Against One Suspect In Waycross Murder

Charges were dropped Tuesday against one of three people accused of the November murder of Hugh Thomas "Tommy" Allen.

Ware County Magistrate Lawton Taylor dismissed the case against Octavia Armstrong for what his attorney called lack of evidence. Armstrong has been in jail since his arrest in late December.
