SJCFR special operations team wins state hazmat competition

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The St. Johns County Fire Rescue special operations team won the annual hazardous materials response competition in Daytona Beach.
The SJCFR team placed first in all categories: best overall, best leak control and best risk assessment.

The team included lead firefighter Chris Naff, engineer Dan Haley, engineer Joe Durden and Lt. Brandon Seymour, of the St. Augustine Fire Department.
