Crash on Buckman Bridge causes rush hour backups
Crash on Buckman Bridge (WJXT, Copyright 2026 by WJXT News4JAX - All rights reserved.)
A crash on I-295 South on the Buckman Bridge was causing traffic backups for drivers traveling from Orange Park to Mandarin during rush hour Tuesday evening.
As of 6:10 p.m., the right lane was blocked.
About an hour later, the lane reopened and traffic was flowing smoothly.
