Deadly crash on I-295 northbound near New Kings Road briefly closes all lanes
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A deadly crash on I-295 northbound near New Kings Road has closed all of the roadway’s lanes, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Live traffic cameras show multiple police cars at the scene, and what appears to be a semi-truck and a FedEx truck pulled over on the side of the road.
JSO said that the Florida Highway Patrol will be the lead agency on the incident, and this story will be updated once the agency releases its report.
