I-95 South lanes reopen near Church St. following tractor-trailer overturn

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A tractor-trailer overturned on Interstate 95 South near Church Street, blocking the left lane before all lanes were reopened, based on views from FL511 traffic cameras.

Emergency personnel from JSO and JFRD appeared to be on scene earlier this afternoon, based on camera footage.

According to JFRD, their response to this incident is in relation to a fuel leak.
