An Arlington woman said she heard dozens of gunshots and found blood in her backyard after a shootout between two vehicles that left a teenager injured early Wednesday morning.

A teenager was wounded early Wednesday morning when he was caught in the crossfire of a shootout between two vehicles in the Arlington area, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.

A man died Wednesday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash on Rogero Road, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has released body camera footage of two police shootings from earlier this year.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla - A teenager was wounded in a shooting Thursday afternoon in an Arlington neighborhood, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. The teen was the sixth person shot in Jacksonville in a 24 hour period. The Sheriff's Office said the teen was shot in a vehicle, and it's believed drugs were involved. At about 7:40 p.m., the Sheriff's Office said a person was found shot on North Liberty Street just south of Martin Luther King Junior Parkway. According to the Sheriff's Office, the victim was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the arm.
