ONLINE BANKING OUTAGE

News4JAX keeps hearing from VyStar members who are frustrated, fed up and tired of waiting on issues with their new online and mobile banking platform to be resolved. VyStar branches closed Monday for Memorial Day, but the credit unions’ ATMs were open.

A trip to the VyStar branch in Fernandina Beach is a regular occurrence for Ashlie Robinson ever since the company’s online banking system went down two weeks ago.

It has been nearly two weeks since VyStar began experiencing issues with online banking.

Late Tuesday afternoon, the CEO of VyStar, Brian Wolfburg, sat down with News4JAX reporter Jim Piggott.

As the Vystar outage continues, customers are asking the News4JAX I-TEAM if their money is safe in a Vystar account.
