In all four cases, the women offered to perform oral sex on an undercover detective for $23, the arrest reports say.

The bust was part of the Sheriff's Office's efforts to crack down on prostitution in Jacksonville and cut down on crime. Last month, police said, 12 men were arrested on complaints of soliciting for prostitution during a sting operation along Philips Highway.
