I-295 northbound lanes reopen after semi-truck caught fire

All I-295 Northbound lanes have reopened at Duval Road after a semi-truck caught fire.
FHP says at least one person was hurt. Jacksonville Fire-Rescue had to hose down the truck as smoke billowed from the cab. This incident currently under investigation.
