Final Defendant Pleads Guilty in Drug Conspiracy Involving Aryan Circle

A Louisiana man pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiring with members of the Aryan Circle (AC) and others to sell methamphetamine. He is the fourth and final defendant charged in the conspiracy to enter a guilty plea. While Louque himself is not known to be an AC member, the drug conspiracy was uncovered as part of Operation Noble Virtue, an investigation into the AC that has targeted AC leadership. Previously entering guilty pleas as part of this conspiracy were Jeremy Klintman, 38, of Texas; Eulalio Torres-Cadenas, 43, of Mexico; and Breanna Beckley, 40, of Texas. OCDETF identifies, disrupts and dismantles the highest-level criminal organizations that threaten the United States, using a prosecutor-led, intelligence-driven, multi-agency approach.

Twenty-Four Defendants, Including Alleged Aryan Circle Gang Members and Associates Indicted on Racketeering, Firearms, and Drug Charges in Multiple States

Five indictments in three different states were unsealed today indicting a total of twenty-four defendants, including alleged Aryan Circle (AC) gang members and associates, on charges of racketeering conspiracy, violent crimes in aid of racketeering, drug conspiracy, and unlawful firearms trafficking. One of the indictments in the Eastern District of Texas charges six alleged AC members and associates with a racketeering conspiracy that includes acts involving murder, five alleged AC members with assault resulting in serious bodily injury in aid of racketeering, and two alleged AC members with kidnapping and conspiracy to commit kidnapping in aid of racketeering. That indictment also charges Daniel Wade Holler, aka “Knucklehead,” 34, of Texas, with accessory after the fact relating to the same attack. In recent years, the AC’s structure and influence expanded outside of prisons to rural and suburban areas in numerous states. Members, and oftentimes associates, are required to follow the orders of higher-ranking members without question.

Federal program Energy Star did not have Floridians in mind when it made recommendations for in-home air conditioners. The program recommends to help keep costs down, you might try to skimp on the AC but that can create squabbles in the family over which temperature setting is more comfortable. Energy Star, a joint federal program run by the DOE and the Environmental Protection Agency, recommends that for optimal cooling and energy efficiency, the coolest you should keep your house is 78 Fand thats only when youre at home and awake. If you arent comfortable at 78 F, lower the temperature a degree at a time and let your system reach the new setting before ratcheting it down further. If you find these temperatures appalling, Florida's Public Service Commission also recommended keeping your thermostat at 78 degrees and raising it a few degrees when you leave for the day.
