JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office will be closing several streets and changing the traffic pattern on others to accommodate for the 2013 Jazz Festival. Street closures will take place from Thursday, May 23 - Sunday, May 26.

Adams Street
-Adams Street from Ocean Street to Hogan Street will be closed from 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
Exceptions:
-Adams Street from Ocean Street to 11 Forsyth Street will be open to local traffic only.
Duval Street
-Duval Street from Laura Street to Hogan Street will be closed from noon on Thursday,
May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
-Duval Street from Ocean Street to Main Street will be closed from 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
Hogan Street
-Hogan Street from Water Street to the St. Johns River will be closed from 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
Independent Drive
-Independent Drive from Laura Street to Hogan Street will be closed from noon on Thursday, May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.

Laura Street
-Laura Street from Church Street to Independent Drive will be closed from 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
Exceptions:
- Northbound lane from Duval Street to Church Street will remain open
- Intersection of Laura Street and Forsyth Street will remain open
- Intersection of Laura Street and Bay Street will remain open
- Northbound lane from Independent Drive to Bay Street will remain open (southbound traffic).
Main Street
-Main Street from Beaver Street to Forsyth Street will be closed from 12 p.m. on Friday, May 24 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
Exceptions:
- Main Street hot lane from Beaver Street to the Duval Street Parking Garage
Monroe Street
-Monroe Street from Hogan Street to Ocean Street will be closed from 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
Exceptions:
- Monroe Street from Hogan Street to Main Street will be open to local traffic only.
Sister Cities Plaza
-Sister Cities Plaza will be closed from Hogan Street to the cul-de-sac at the St. Johns River from 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 23 thru midnight on Sunday, May 26.
