Coca-Cola now has Coca-Cola Life and Pepsi has Pepsi True – both sodas contain the artificial sweetener Stevia.

That cuts the calories almost in half.

While fewer calories is better for your pant size Kansas State University nutritionist Mark Haub cautions that it's still not considered a healthy product.

"The concern I think most nutrition people have is it gets a 'health halo' and so therefore since it has less calories I can have more and that may not necessarily be the best option," Haub said. "Have the same amount that you've had and just have fewer calories with that."

Pepsi True is for sale on Amazon.

Coke Life is now available at select stores in the Southeast.
