TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – A 69-year-old Palatka man has claimed Tuesday's Mega Money jackpot of $550,000 at Florida Lottery headquarters.
Paul McNair chose the one-time, lump-sum payment option for his winnings in the amount of $456,404.62.

According to McNair, his numbers were chosen from birthdays of family members, and he has been playing the same set of numbers for four years.
Dollar & More, located at 114 North 19th Street in Palatka, received a bonus commission of $1,000 for selling the winning ticket.
The next Mega Money drawing will be held Friday at 11:15 p.m., with a $500,000 jackpot.
