BMW is selling a subscription plan for seat warmers

BMW is offering British drivers a new service: heated seats, for a monthly subscription fee.
The subscription to heat your BMW’s front seats costs roughly $18 a month, according to reports.

The program is meant for cars that were not manufactured with the heated seats feature.
BMW says this will allow for a lower upfront cost for the car and additional options for subsequent owners. But if you miss a payment, you lose the heated seats.
Other features BMW hopes to roll out are heated steering wheels, the option to record footage from your car’s cameras and more.
