JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Ralph Brown Jr. has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the March 2007 shooting death of Sharon Nelson.
Nelson, 20, was gunned down when she and her boyfriend went to the Panama Park area to buy drugs, according to the State Attorney's Office.

According to detectives, Nelson was a passenger in a moving car at East 63rd Street and Buffalo Avenue when she was shot. She was transported to Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center, where she died.
Nelson had one child and was pregnant with her second.
Brown is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday and could face up to 15 years in prison.
A co-defendant, Kendrick Williams, has pleaded guilty to being an accessory in the slaying.
