Boaters are advised they may hear chatter over VHF-FM marine radio and can expect to see an increased presence of law enforcement vessels near the St. Marys River entrance Thursday in response to the drill.

The Coast Guard reminds area boaters to be aware of their surroundings and to look out for law enforcement boats during the one-day exercise.

Boaters should direct any questions or concerns to the Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville Command Center at 904-564-7511.
