7-Eleven robber sought by police


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police in Jacksonville are trying to identify a man they said robbed a Northside 7-Eleven Saturday night.

Police said the man went into the store at 2203 Dunn Ave. about 11:25 p.m., jumped over the counter and demanded the register to be opened.

The robber pointed a gun with a black tip and wrapped in a shirt and demanded all the money be put into a cardboard box he provided, police said.

The man covered his face with a white shirt.
