JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Silver Alert issued for Robert Carr has been cancelled. Carr has been located safe, per JSO.
77-year-old Robert A. Carr was last seen at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday leaving his home, according to police.

Police said Carr suffers from a medical condition that requires medication and the use of oxygen. He is currently without his medication and oxygen and is known to become confused easily.
