The judge took the request under advisement.

Croslin was arrested in 2010, more than a year after the disappearance of 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings from Satsuma. Croslin was the girlfriend of Cummings' father and was baby-sitting the night Haleigh disappeared. Putnam County investigators consider the case a homicide.

Croslin and Haleigh's father have since married and divorced.

Croslin and others at the home that night were questioned on numerous occasions, but no one was ever charged in that case.
