HILLARD. Fla. – One man is dead and a woman is in the hospital after a T-bone crash in Hilliard on US-1 Wednesday.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Jack Musgrove, 68, was traveling on US-1 near West 3rd Street and pulled into the path of a tractor-trailer shortly after 3 p.m.

A passenger in Musgrove's car, Cookie Sikes, 67, suffered minor injuries and was taken to UF Health.
The semi truck driver, Jerry Harris, 45, was not injured.
The crash closed all southbound lanes of US-1 in this area while troopers investigated.
