LAKE CITY, Fla. – A 57-year-old man died Sunday night when his GMC pickup truck left the road and struck 11 fence posts in Lake City, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said Leo Robinson of Lake City was driving north on SW County Road 131 at Mandiba Drive about 6:30 p.m. when his pickup left the road. When he attempted to correct by steering to the left, the pickup truck spun, went off other side of the road and struck a fence and a row of fence posts.

One of the posts smashed into pickup and struck Robinson, who died at the scene.
