NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. – A fatal accident occurred in Nassau County Tuesday evening.
Forrest Allen Maxwell, 52, of Hartsfield, Ga., was killed in the crash.

The crash occurred on Eastwood Road around 4 p.m.
The other driver, Kathy Ann Rozar, 53, of Hilliard, Fla., and her passenger were not taken to the hospital.
Rozar was traveling west on CR- 108 when she collided with Maxwell's vehicle.
