JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has identified the man who was killed after being hit by a vehicle on Moncrief Road Sunday.
According to police, Earl Dickerson Jr. was trying to cross W. Moncrief Road when a vehicle headed toward Owen Avenue hit and killed him around 7:20 p.m.

Officials said they were investigating the accident, but there were no signs of speed or impairment involving the driver of the vehicle.
