Salmon Cigar Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

            1 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

            1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

            1 Cup water

            1tbsp fine chopped ginger fresh

            1tbsp chopped garlic fresh

PREPARATION:

          Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
