The caretaker of a 75-year-old man confined to a wheelchair is accused of using the man's credit card 149 times to make purchases of almost $1,500, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's office.
Kimberly Welch, 51, is charged with exploitation of the elderly, grand theft and credit card fraud. The fraudulent charges were made between April and June, 2016.
