JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 43-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon when a neighbor called 911 about a small child who had knocked on her door four different times -- three of those times wearing a diaper.
The neighbor said that when she told the woman the child was outside, the woman ran away from her and wouldn't answer the door.

Jacksonville officers said they found the woman, Lynn Sasser, watching television. She told them she didn't know the child left the house.
Sasser was charged with child neglect and the Florida Division of Children and Families was notified.
