No other remains found during search of area, investigators say

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – A human skull was found last week by a surveyor crew working near a Winn-Dixie store, the St. Augustine Police Department said Monday.

The discovery was made about 4 p.m. Wednesday in an area behind the Winn-Dixie on North Ponce de Leon Boulevard, just south of Fort Mose Trail, police said. There are a couple of homeless camps in the woods behind that store.
