Democrats Linda Lee, Vicky Miller and Teresa Phillips are running in the Aug. 14 primary to be Tax Collector for Bradford County. 

Since there are no Republican or independents in the race, this will be an universal primary -- all voters can cast ballots in the race -- and the winner will assume the office for the next four years.

• "As Tax Collector, Our top issues in the office would be to have courteous, knowledge and efficient employees. This is the kind of employee that I have always tried to be."
