JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The man found dead behind a laundromat at the corner of Southside and Beach boulevards on Friday night was a transient.

"We are not going into describing the victim's injuries right now. We do want the public to know that we are treating this as a homicide," said JSO Sgt. Michael Paul.

Paul said there were no suspects at this time.
