Police: 28-year-old, 19-year-old shot each other

BRUNSWICK, Ga. – Glynn County police are investigating a double shooting Friday afternoon that appears to be a result of two men shooting each other.

Capt. Marissa Tindale said officers dispatched to a shooting in the front yard at 3517 Gordon Street at 3:06 p.m. found 28-year-old Jermaine Jones with multiple gunshot wounds in the front yard of the residence.  Minutes later, officers also responded to 1803 Fifth Street where they located 19-year-old Kelvin Warner with a gunshot wound to his left foot.

Jones was transported to UF Health in Jacksonville. Warner was treated and
released from Southeast Georgia Health System.

Tindale said preliminary investigation indicated that Warner and Jones shot each other.
