JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man who barricaded himself inside a home in the Woodstock neighborhood Thursday morning surrendered after a five-hour standoff with police, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Police said the standoff on St. Clair Street began about 8 a.m.

The man was a person of interest in the shooting of a woman, police said.
They did not release her condition or the relationship between the man and woman.
