JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man with multiple gunshot wounds was found on a Westside sidewalk late Friday evening, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Police said they located the man in his late 30s or early 40s about 11:45 p.m. along San Juan Avenue near Jammes Road.

The man was taken to UF Health Jacksonville in serious but stable condition.
Police said it is unclear where the man was shot. As of early Saturday morning, they have found no witnesses.
The Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate.
