Lewis, who lives on Berry Ridge Court, is also accused of the unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

Last month, a detective started talking to a man online, who was later identified as Lewis. Deputies didn’t specify which site they used.

After about two weeks of communication between Lewis and the undercover detective, Lewis solicited a
meeting for the purpose of sexually abusing the child, investigators said.

Lewis was arrested Monday and booked at the St. Johns County Jail without the possibility to post bond, pending a first appearance hearing on Tuesday morning.
