Jan. 18: Deadline for college underclassmen to apply for entry into the NFL draft.

Feb. 22: Teams can begin to use franchise or transition player tags
Feb. 23-29: NFL Scouting Combine
Mar. 7: At noon, Eastern Time, teams can being to contact free agents and enter contract negotiations
Mar. 15: The start of the 2016 NFL year and free agent contracts can become official starting at 4 p.m. ET.
Mar. 20-23: Annual NFL league meetings, Boca Raton, Florida
Apr. 18: Jaguars will be allowed to begin offseason program
Apr. 22: Deadline for restricted FA’s to sign offer sheets
Apr. 27: Deadline for teams exercise right of first refusal to restricted free agents
Apr. 28-30: NFL Draft, Chicago, Illinois
May. 6-9: Jaguars will be allowed to hold a post-draft minicamp
July 15: Deadline for teams to sign any player designated as a franchise player to a contract extension.
Mid-End of July: 2016 Jaguars training camp will open
