Gators reach SEC title game with close win over LSU

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – When you play one team five times within the span of the week you've already seen what the opposing team has to offer. That was the case for the Florida Gators and LSU Tigers.

Florida advanced to the Southeastern Conference Tournament Final with a 1-0 win over LSU on Saturday evening and will face Texas A&M during Sunday's final.

This was the third straight season the the Gators have advanced to the SEC tournament final.

They only needed one run and that came off the bat of Johnathan India in the sixth inning. He hit a ball that landed just inside the left-field foul line, which allowed Dalton Guthrie to score the Gators lone run.
