New court, suite among facility enhancements announced with UNF Athletics, CSI Companies partnership
The partnership is a seven-year, $2.1 million agreement that includes facility improvements that will have an impact on all student-athletes across North Floridaโs athletics department and spectators.
Fortegra High School 9:12 basketball invitational starts Thursday
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. โ Starting Thursday, some of our areaโs best high school basketball players will begin to compete in the third annual Fortegra High School 9:12 Invitational presented by the CSI Companies. This yearโs basketball tournament has a new venue -- Fletcher High -- and expanded broadcast coverage. โWe are excited to start some new traditions with this yearโs tournament, thanks to Tammie Talley and the staff at Fletcher, with a new venue,โ said Alan Verlander, Founder and CEO of Airstream Ventures and High School 9:12. The game-day experience will be different this year at Fletcher, compared to the previous two years when the tournament was held at Episcopal School of Jacksonville. โLee is a very tough team, Episcopal is a tough team, West Nassau is a tough team, Iโm not sure that there is not a tough team in the tournament, so itโs going to be fun,โ said Gilbert.

The Fortegra High School 9:12 Invitational presented by the CSI Companies will be played at Fletcher High School Dec. 10-12. The championship game will be televised live at 7 p.m. on CW17. The third-place game will be televised live at 4 p.m. on CW17. High School 9:12 picks up major donation from CSI Gives Back

We want to impact them directly and truly help where we can," said Becky Lowry, director of CSI Gives Back. CSI Companies has been active in supporting area athletics and high school students the last two years, helping support the inaugural Fortegra High School 9:12 basketball tournament last December.
