One of Northeast Florida’s most popular holiday attractions will return to Jacksonville Beach on Wednesday.

Deck The Chairs (DTC), a non-profit organization, launches Deck the Bins, a student art decorating contest.

Deck The Chairs organizers said despite multiple days impacted by weather, the holiday display event drew record crowds for its 11th season in Jacksonville Beach.

After being closed for three days due to stormy weather, Deck The Chairs is back Tuesday evening to illuminate Latham Plaza Park with its amazing holiday displays.

Deck The Chairs announced they will shut power off to the decorated chair displays in Jacksonville Beach due to the major rainy weather conditions expected to hit this weekend.

The free, six-week holiday event features a nationally recognized decorated lifeguard chairs exhibit. This year’s exhibit will feature more chairs, more shows and more memories!
