ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – An SUV veered off the road and hit gas pipe at the Courtesy Gas facility on State Road 16, according to firefighters.
St. Johns County Fire Rescue said the crash was reported Tuesday at 285 SR 16.

Firefighters said the SUV knocked loose a pipe that carries gas into the facility.
Rescue units quickly locked down the leak, and State Road 16 and Varella Avenue were closed as a safety precaution.
No injuries were reported.
