JACKSONVILE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to an accident involving a car and a semi-tractor trailer Friday morning.
The crash blocked all lanes of Soutel Drive and Pickett Drive for several hours. According to the driver of the truck, two cars were driving side by side at a high rate of speed when one of the cars lost control and was pinned under the semi.

The driver of the car did minor scratches from the accident but is okay.
All lanes were back open before 6 a.m.
