JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A crew with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department rushed to an area just north of the Dames Point Bridge after a boat in tow got loose and ended up in a wooded area, investigators said Thursday afternoon.
According to JFRD, traffic heading southbound on I-295 was moving slow while crews worked to remove the vessel.
